1. How Secure is Your Site?
Because we do not have the resources to make our site completely secure, we have chosen to affiliate ourselves with PayPal. When you go to view your cart or check out, you are directed into thier site and your purchase will be 100% secure. To view their security information and privacy policies, please visit them at www.paypal.com. If you have any concerns about security, you are more than welcome to call, fax or email your orders.
 
2. Do You Have a Return Policy?
Yes we do. At Our Father’s Farm we only provide high quality products & service. If you are not totally happy with the product you receive, simply return the item (at your expense) within 20 days and we will either refund your money or provide the appropriate replacement.

3. Do You Charge Taxes?
Because we ship to different countries, we have decided that it is easiest to include the tax in the price of our products. Therefore, you will not be charged any additional funds in tax.
 
4. If You Are a Canadian Company, Why Are Your Prices in US Funds?
In our part of the world, the US dollar is the most recognized currency at this time. PayPal is set up to only accept one primary currency. Therefore for ease of use, we decided to price everything in US Dollars.
 
5. You List Canadian Prices. If I Am Canadian, Can I Buy the Products at That Price?
Yes. That is why they are listed. Although we cannot offer these prices through an online transaction, we would love to take your order by phone, email or fax. If the items are being shipped within Canada, ordering this way will also mean a lower shipping price.

6. Where Do You Ship Items?
We ship anywhere in the world.  Note that if you are in Canada, you can take advantage of lower shipping costs by placing your order by phone, email or fax.
 
7. When Do You Ship Items?
We send out shipments every Tuesday and Thursday.
 
8. How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?
Please allow 5-10 business days in North America for your order to arrive. Some exceptions apply, such as longer delivery times during holidays, strikes, weather conditions etc.

9. Do You Offer Next Day Delivery?
Yes we do. But we cannot offer it for online purchases. Please call, fax or email your order and we will get back to you with an exact shipping quote.
 
10. What Do You Charge for Shipping and Handling?

Shipping costs are based on the subtotal of your purchases before taxes. (Any exceptions will be noted on the product information pages.)

  • From $    0.01 -     9.99 = $  4.99 S/H
  • From $  10.00 -   49.99 = $  7.50 S/H
  • From $  50.00 -   99.99 = $  9.75 S/H
  • From $100.00 -  199.99 = $12.50 S/H
  • From $200.00 +            = $18.50 S/H
